What you’re carrying has a name. And it’s not just stress.

I offer individual counseling in New Jersey for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, and life transitions using a whole-person approach that treats the root, not just the surface.

Trusted by first responders, healthcare workers, those that love them and women who are exhausted from showing up for everyone but themselves.

Here's What Nobody's Saying Out Loud

The Feeling You Can't Shake.

The Quiet That Scares You.

The Feeling You Can't Put Into Words.

  • You wake up exhausted before the day even starts

  • You handle the crisis, the argument, the needs of everyone around you

  • You've said "I'm fine" so many times but are you…..really….

  • Something happened and you can't stop replaying it

  • Your doctor ran the tests. Everything came back normal. And yet…..

  • You've been the one people lean on for so long

  • You've thought about therapy before. Something always stops you

  • You're exhausted from performing being “okay” when you’re anything but

What to Expect from Individual Counseling in New Jersey

A lot of people hesitate to reach out because they don't know what comes next.

So here’s the full picture, step by step.

1

Reach Out

Click the button and pick a time that works for you. No paperwork, no intake forms yet, just a spot on the calendar.

2

Let’s Talk

This is your time to talk. Tell me what brought you here, what you're navigating, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you.

3

Ask Questions

Nothing is off limits. How I work, what sessions look like, what to expect — ask whatever you need to feel confident moving forward.

4

We Decide

If it feels like a good fit, we schedule your next session and get to work. No pressure either way. This conversation is about making sure it's right for you.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

These are the patterns and struggles that bring most of my clients through the door.

This Is What's Possible

This Is What Changes When You Do the Work

Steady in the Hard Moments

The hard conversation happens and you don't go silent or go off. You respond from a different place. More grounded. More clear. More like yourself than you've felt in years.

Actually Present

You're in the room with your family, your partner, your kids — and you're actually there. Not performing presence while something else runs underneath. Just there.

You Know What You Need…

And you say it. You stop overfunctioning out of habit and start making choices out of awareness. You know your limits. You communicate them. And you don't feel guilty.

Most of my clients aren't looking for perfect.

They're looking for steadier.

Less reactive.

More present.

A version of themselves that feels grounded at work, at home, in their relationships.

That's not a small ask.

And it's absolutely within reach.

Got Questions? Good.

Most people have questions before they ever reach out. And honestly, that makes complete sense.

  • I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, occupational trauma, midlife transitions, and the kind of stress that doesn't show up on a medical test but is very real. If something feels off and you can't quite name it, that's exactly where we start.

  • I blend evidence-based methods like CBT with holistic practices — breathwork, mindfulness, and qigong because the whole person shows up to every session, not just the presenting problem. Sessions are direct, goal-focused, and grounded in your real life.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions. As you build skills and momentum, we'll adjust frequency based on where you are and what you need.

  • Sessions are held for 53 minutes. I know that sounds strange, but 53 minutes is a standard clinical hours. And this leaves me a few minutes to prepare for my next client.

  • Both options are available. In-person sessions are held at Millburn location. Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and accessible from wherever feels private and comfortable for you. The only stipulation is all virtual clients need to be sitting in NJ during the time of the session.

  • From session one we're working toward a clear endpoint. You're done when you have the skills, clarity, and confidence to handle life differently without needing me in the room to do it. Discharge is a collaborative decision and we will work together to make this decision when the time is right.

Individual Therapy for Adults Across New Jersey

In-Person and Virtual Options

Either way, the support is the same. In-person or virtual, you get the same direct, goal-oriented therapy. You choose whatever format helps you show up best.

In-Person Sessions

S.C. Healing Haven is located in Millburn, NJ, serving adults throughout Essex County and surrounding New Jersey communities. Some clients do their best work face to face, in a dedicated space that exists completely outside their everyday environment. If that's you, the door is open.

Virtual Sessions

For clients across New Jersey who prefer the flexibility of remote care, virtual sessions are available through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. No commute, no waiting room, no adjusting your schedule.

No Pressure. No Performance.

You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support.

You just have to be willing to show up; as you are, where you are.

When you're ready, reach out.

We'll start with a real conversation.

No performance required.

Just you. Showing up.

That's enough.
